I have been coaching and training executives for over 12 years and I have learned that there are some common limiting beliefs that keep people from being their best.

One of the most common is “I can’t do it.” This often comes from a lack of confidence in one’s ability to perform at a high level, but can also stem from a feeling of inadequacy or fear of failure.

Another common limiting belief is “I don’t have time.” This belief can be traced back to the belief that we don’t have enough hours in the day to get everything done. But if you really think about it, there are always things you can do if you’re willing to put in the effort!

Another common limiting belief is “I’m not good enough.” This belief can come from feeling like other people are better than you at something or that your skills aren’t up-to-date enough for what will be expected of them. But this doesn’t mean you have to feel this way! There is always something that you can do to move your business forward. This can be accomplished by simply having the intention that you want to get more out of life, then taking the steps each day to live as a person who has their goals fulfilled.
